Context and process
Auditing firms were operating in an increasingly commodified market, spending more time chasing tasks and evidence than delivering value to clients. Audora was built to change that: a single platform covering the full audit lifecycle, from engagement setup and evidence collection to framework mapping and one-click report generation. The design challenge was making a genuinely complex professional workflow feel clear, structured, and fast, for every role in the firm.
Designing for multiple roles, one product
Audora serves firm owners, engagement managers, senior and staff auditors, and partners. Each with different priorities and different relationships to the same audit data.
Four phases, one coherent flow
The audit process was structured across four distinct phases: Readiness, Plan, Assess, and Report. Translating that professional workflow into a product experience meant designing clear transitions between phases, status visibility at every step, and handoffs that didn't drop context.
From ideation to execution
This wasn't a redesign or a feature, but a product built from scratch. Involvement spanned the full arc: early concept work, workflow definition, component design, and the detailed execution of every screen and state across the platform.
