Context and process

Enrolling in a university involves more steps, decisions, and documents than most digital forms are designed to handle well. With no existing form to iterate on, the challenge was building something from the ground up that could manage that complexity clearly, adapt to each institution's brand, and work for students across all of Ânima's universities.

Structuring complexity before designing it

A multi-step enrollment process touches personal information, course selection, documentation, and payment. Before any screen was designed, the flow had to be mapped and sequenced in a way that felt logical to a student going through it for the first time, not just to the institution administering it.

Progress without pressure

Long forms fail when users lose their sense of where they are and how far they have left. The design prioritised clear progress communication at every step, so students could move through the process with confidence rather than uncertainty about what was still to come.

One form, fifteen universities

Like the portals, the enrollment form needed to carry each university's visual identity without requiring a separate design for each institution. The white-label structure built into the portal system extended into the form, keeping the experience consistent with the brand a student had already engaged with.
